The location is great because it connects directly to the mall. the service in the lounge was also fantastic. The manager was very attentive. housekeeping provided very fast service to the rooms.

The rooms are somewhat worn out. i found it nearly impossible to get a normal pillow.

amazing breakfast easy location low pressure hot water

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Zia welcomed me every morning and made sure I left completely happy and full. I also appreciated the location inside the Mall of the Emirates. This made it easier to take care of any kind of needs.

I found the shower pressure to be low. The hot water temperature did not work properly for a few days, even after fixing attempts.

Upon arrival, i discovered the room's air conditioning barely functioned. It struggled to cool the space even slightly, and despite reporting it, the issue persisted throughout my stay making the room uncomfortable and stuffy

direct access afternoon tea breakfast packs

the hotel has direct access to the mall of the emirates. the executive lounge offers nice treats and various drink options during afternoon tea. i was grateful to receive breakfast packs delivered early before breakfast hours.
