Staying at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates was a good experience, thanks to its perfect location and friendly atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay overall at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. The breakfast and lunch buffets were amazing with such a large variety to choose from. However, the pool left much to be desired as it felt small and lacked warmth. The hotel staff excelled in service, particularly Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to assist me during my visit.
